Yale Announces The Acceleration Of Warrants
Yale Resources Ltd. (TSX-V - YLL and Frankfurt - YAB) announces that the shares of Yale have traded for ten consecutives days at, or above, $0.065. As a result the Company will be giving the owners of 4,529,100 Share Purchase Warrants ("Warrants") written notice that the Company will be accelerating the expiry date of all of the Warrants to thirty days following the date which is seven calendar days following the tenth Premium Trading Day, or the 9th of April, 2009.

The Warrants affected were issued to subscribers to the Company's 2,361,000 unit private placement at $0.20 per unit, which closed December 11, 2006 and the Company's 2,500,00 unit private placement at $0.20 per unit, which closed on December 21, 2006. The exercise price of the Warrants was amended to $0.05.
