Tenoriba
Location:

The Tenoriba Project is located in south-western Chihuahua State, 290 km southwest of the city of Chihuahua, within the southern Sierra Madre Occidental Mineralized epithermal gold-sliver belt.

Deposit Model:

Low to intermediate sulphidation epithermal gold-silver deposit, with potential to host subvolcanic Cu-Ag-Au, and perhaps porphyry mineralization.

Ownership:

100% Yale Resources.

Size:

The Tenoriba Project is made up of one mineral concession covering 8,610 hectares (86.1km² or 21,276 acres).

Status:

Not currently available for option.

Geology:

The geologic setting for the Tenoriba property is a Cretaceous age volcano-sedimentary assemblage within the Sierra Madre Occidental Geological Province.

Evidence for at least 30 artisanal workings, including trenches, shafts and adits, occur in 15 areas, mainly confined to an east north east-trending belt that extends across the central part of the large concession.

The dominant structural features within the Tenoriba map area are block faults which reflect the structural style that is common through out the entire Sierra Madre. These faults occur in two dominant orientations: (1) east-north east and (2) north-north east to north-trending faults.

The Deal:

Through it's wholly owned Mexican subsidiary Minera Alta Vista, Yale has agreed to pay US $ 2,000,000 to a group of Mexican individuals in escalating annual payments over a four year term with the first payment of $50,000. The second payment for the project, due in one year, will be $125,000.
